  • Processing Time: Just like domestic orders, international orders require 1-2 business days for processing before they are handed over to the carrier.

Order Processing Time

At NUVIRAN WELLNESS LLC, we take great care in preparing your order. Our team carefully picks each item, inspects it for quality, and packs it with the utmost attention to detail to ensure it arrives safely.

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

  • Busy Periods: During promotional sales or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended by a day or two. If this occurs, we will do our best to notify you via email.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

We want you to be able to follow your package’s journey every step of the way. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing:

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during transit.

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, NUVIRAN WELLNESS LLC cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, we recommend you:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.

  2. Look around your property’s usual delivery spots.

  3. Contact the local carrier’s office for more specific delivery details (e.g., GPS coordinates of where it was scanned).

We are happy to assist you by providing any information we have, but ultimately, claims for lost or stolen packages after delivery must be handled with the carrier.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Document the Damage: Take clear photographs of the outer packaging, the inner packaging, and the damaged product(s).

  2. Contact Us Immediately: Email us at nathandinh.bn8@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and the photographs.

We will work with you and our shipping partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means sending a replacement or processing a full refund.

Multiple Shipments

Occasionally, if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from our facility. This could be due to items being stocked in different locations. If this happens, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number for each shipment. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for this.
