4. Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to addresses within the state of Florida, where our headquarters are located. The applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Orders shipped to other states or countries are not charged Florida sales tax.
5. How can I change or cancel my order?

Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been processed and shipped, we will be happy to make changes or cancel it for a full refund.

After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. You will need to follow our standard return process upon receiving the item.

In these cases, NUVIRAN WELLNESS LLC will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement or provide a full refund, including original shipping costs, based on your preference.
7. How do I use a discount code or promo code?

11. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this information to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.
12. Will I have to pay customs fees or import duties?
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees upon arrival in your country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. NUVIRAN WELLNESS LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

13. What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product’s purchase price.
The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all packaging included. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
14. How do I return an item?
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow these steps:

16. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund (following the steps above) and then place a new order for the desired product on our website.
